| BRIEF INTRODUCTION |
GBRope Skipping Center was founded in early 2010 and aims to promote the
art of rope skipping amongst the younger generation of today. Located in
the heart of Kuala Lumpur, we offer a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in
which anyone can learn and train in this sport. Rope Skipping is an
exercise that as adults we tend to overlook as a little girl playground
game. Regular rope skipping can actually develop agility, coordination
and balance, in addition to the obvious improvements in cardiovascular
health and muscular endurance. |
